Dishwasher

The dishwasher that came with the house was not working well, so we deceided to upgrade. Walked into Sears, picked the whatever stainless steal model the salesguy promoted (Kenmore) and had it installed this week.

Since the basement is not gonna happen before my parents come to visit we deceided to convert the sunroom into the temporary bedroom. Took out the ugly green carpet, painted the walls with leftover chocolate froth and place some nice looking vinyl tile from Armstrong on top of the wooden floor. Curtains from IKEA.

Since the basement has to wait we started doing all the other stuff first before my parents come and visit us. Finally today the mosiac tile came in from Cooltiles.com. Extremly pleased with how the tile looks.
Saturday tileday.
Today i went to Lowes to buy the neccecary tools and materials; white, thinset adhesive, nonsanded grout. Installation tools include a 3/16′ X 5/32′ V-notched trowel, a piece of wood such as a short piece of 2 x 4 [...]
